Nova Life comprises of the buildings amenities and common facilities which are all managed by Davita Management Ltd on behalf of all the Nova owners and their tenants.
These common area facilities include the lifts, building's main plumbing works, solar and electrical systems, security and parking management, generator backup, all corridors, gardens, visitors' reception and lobby.

Aside from the above mentioned facilities, Nova comprises of 24/7 CCTV coverage and manned security entrance with backup response. Borehole and adequate water storage facilities, power backup for common areas and apartments, access control facilities including intercom, garbage management system and secure parking for visitors are also provided.
